Returns + Things You Need to Know
If you are unhappy with your order, you can return all purchased items within 30 days for a full refund.
- Exchange or refund available within 30 days (currently we are unable to offer free returns
- Used and opened items (Wool beads/pendant/oils) cannot be returned.
- Damaged, broken, or leaked items will be refunded/replaced. Returns postage will be reimbursed in this case.

We cannot accept any returns on items that have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Jewellery items need to be returned within the original packaging with the dispatch note and must be free from the use of essential oils. (All Essential Oils, where the seal is broken, cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene policy).
Please note, if an exchange is required, please contact our Customer Contact team and they will be happy to help you with this.
Also, if you purchased your items via our 3rd party retailers, please mention this in your email when getting in touch with us.
To begin a returns process, please email with your order details and reason for return. Once processed, you will be asked to return the item(s) back to us secured and insured adequately (sorry at this moment in time we are unable to offer free returns). Once received, your refund will be processed within five working days.
